Your use of this website as well as the sending in of information are subject to the following terms and by using the website you show your agreement to such terms.

• The group Mazzone & Co., in its several jurisdictions, offers (also in Italian language) to those investors who wish to expand their operations abroad foreign companies formation services, asset protection, immigration, shipping and international banking services
• Offshore regime activities exist beforehand and the Group Mazzone & Co. does not encourage such activities when they are in contrast with Public Administrations, tax laws or with other legal impediments in our customers’ native country: every client is therefore invited to check whether in your country you are allowed to use/benefit from foreign structures before you ask for our assistance or information
• Our group does not intend to encourage any kind of crime: potential customers are informed of our firm intention of cooperating, voluntarily or upon request, with the competent authorities when customers use our services for an illegal purpose
• Customers who commit serious crimes such as: money laundering, tax fraud, illicit trade in drugs / arms […] through improper use of our services, will be immediately reported to the competent authorities
• Mazzone & Co. does not provide any advice on asset protection, investments or tax planning on the Italian territory: business consulting services are offered only for those jurisdictions with which we have established relations
• We have activated Italian VOIP phone numbers to make communications cheaper and faster: in Italy our group does not offer any selling, brokerage or advice services and in Italy it has no seat, office or agency. Our sole presence on the Italian territory is in the Republic of San Marino
• Taxation criteria of the abovementioned jurisdictions refer only to the company tax compliance in each given country: every User shall consult their professional accountant and verify their personal fiscal compliance in their country of residence for incomes from dividends of possible subsidiary companies
• The nominee services of directors are supplied with regular letter of appointment: shareholders nominee services are accompanied with regular trust agreement in favour of customer; every agreement are to undergo a due diligence review
• Users shall submit true and verifiable data: prospective clients who declare forged names or data will be immediately excluded from all our services
• Users who, for whatever purpose, attempt to interfere, to make speculations, espionage, infringement or circumvention to detriment of a company of our Group, will be prosecuted

Data sent in to our Group will be treated according to the following rules:

• Data will be encrypted on a firewall protected data system in San Marino, USA or Panama
• The personal data provided by the User will not be communicated to third parties (unless customers give their consent in which case data will be communicated only to trustworthy professionals)
• Customers’ names will not be put in any mailing list (either on the web, or via paper or electronic mail)
• Customers will receive only information concerning THEIR position or their requests; only in special cases they might receive communications like Season’s greetings or various mail messages
• Data are protected as much as possible by interference or espionage

Please do not send in any communication if you do not agree on even only one of the aforementioned points.
